Can I come to you if I already own a plot of land?
Yes. If you already own a plot of land, we can analyze it and develop the entire project for your future home, studying its possibilities and adapting the proposal to the location, your needs, and the type of home you want to create.
What does your service include?
We offer comprehensive support that can range from land search and negotiation of the opportunity to defining the housing concept, visualizing the project, technical development, process coordination and turnkey delivery.
Is the housing custom-designed or do you work with pre-set models?
Our models are for guidance only and serve as a starting point to inspire and help visualize different housing options. From there, each project can be adapted to individual tastes, needs, layout, style, and plot characteristics to create a truly personalized home..
How long does the entire process take?

Can I finance my custom-built home?
Yes. It’s possible with a self-build mortgage, a formula specifically designed for self-construction where the bank releases the capital in phases as the work progresses. Our finance department will conduct a personalized study, manage your mortgage, and support you from day one to ensure the project’s viability and obtain the best financing terms.
Do you also handle the assessment of whether a plot of land is viable?
Yes. Before planning a house, we study the actual feasibility of the plot, including its potential, limitations, applicable regulations, urban planning ordinances, and technical requirements. This allows us to make decisions on a more solid foundation and avoid mistakes from the outset.
Do you also negotiate the price of the land?

What are the regulations for this type of construction?
In Spain, the regulations that apply are the same as for any other dwelling. Self-built homes must comply with the requirements established in building and urban planning regulations at the state, regional, and local levels (such as, for example, the Technical Building Code – CTE and the Building Regulations Law – LOE).
